The mark consists of a vertical rectangle having rounded corners with a horizontal rectangular cut out near the top; the top one-fourth of the rectangle is black, the middle portion is white and the bottom one-fourth consists of two straight banners, one narrow appearing in indigo and one thick appearing in black; approximately one quarter of the way down the rectangle, a narrow arched banner appears in color starting from the left graduating from red to orange, to yellow to light green to dark green to blue to indigo; a series of patterned, indigo-colored dotted lines begin spaced very tightly at the top and then spread out as they progress down the white portion of the rectangle; the dotted lines continue down approximately two quarters of the length of the rectangle; centered within the dotted lines is an arch design that consists of clear white space; the matter shown in broken lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
