A white glare shines on right side of main rectangle outside of the area of the transparent rectangle. The transparent rectangle is a darker blue. A diamond shape is present in center of main rectangle, touching all four sides of rectangle's black border. Line from middle base of black border forms partial diamond changing direction at fourth point on left side.
