The mark consists of a circle in the middle of the mark; the circle contains, on the left side, one half of an white eagle that appears on the Polish national flag on a red background; on the right side of the circle, an American flag with Seven (7) white stars on a blue background and three stripes of red-white-yellow just below the white stars as it appears on the star-spangled banner; the circle is surrounded by the words in red capitalized letters of POLISH AMERICAN on the top from the left beginning from the half point of the circle and HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION in the same red capitalized letters from the left beginning from the half point of the circle; the entire logo is on a bed of white background.
