Description of Mark
The mark consists of the repeated words "CAFE AMALAYA DE MANABI" in stylized letters over a plain background covering about one third of the drawing, below of which appears the drawing of a small town at the foot of a mountain range. Further down in the drawing appear coffee plants over which there is a peasant, an aboriginal figure and a hat. The lower most portion of the drawing consists of a plain background. The color burgundy appears on the upper background and in a portion of the central area of the drawing below the town. The color brown appears in a curved line between the burgundy background and the small town drawing. The color beige appears in the words "AMALAYA, MANABI," in the peasant, in the hat, in the aboriginal figure and in the mountain range. The color white appears in the words "CAFE, DE" and in the town. Across the top two rows of beige coffee beans appear in a dark red band. The color blue appears in the mountain range and in the lower background. The colors red and green appear in the coffee plants.
