The mark consists of four rounded stick figures making different gestures. Three figures are oriented in a circular fashion, as if placed around a clock. The top figure (12 o'clock) is colored red and has his hands down at its sides, below it is the word "STOP" which is also red. The arrow to the right of the red character begins red and ends with the color yellow at the point of the arrow. Down to the right is another stick figure colored yellow with its arms raised shoulder high to the sides (4 o'clock), above the yellow word "BEGIN". The arrow below the yellow character begins yellow and ends with the color green at the point of the arrow. Directly to the left of the yellow figure is another stick figure colored green with its arms raised above its head (8 o'clock), and is located above the green word, "GO". The arrow above the green figure begins green and ends with the color red at the point of the arrow. These three stick figures have gray shadows behind them. In the middle of the three rounded stick figures, is another rounded stick figure, colored blue. This figure would be in the middle of the analogous clock where the minute and hour hands would be attached. The rounded blue stick figure appears to be leaping forward to the right. It is located above the blue word "BELIEVE".
