The mark consists of a two dimensional graphic design positioned on the container for the goods. The specific graphic design consists of a "canopy" of leaves on the upper third portion of the container and, in the lower portion of the container, a repeating pattern that continues around the sides of the container with each side showing portions of two whole oranges supporting an orange slice or wedge placed like a "smile" atop the two whole oranges. Above the orange slice "smile" on the front panel of the container is a rectangular shape, consisting of a large black rectangle in the center, a lighter rectangular band at the bottom of the central black rectangular element and a green band at the top of the black rectangle consisting of a design of a horizon represented by a lighter green single line that dips toward the end. Another band consisting of a design of a horizon represented by a lighter single line that dips toward the end also appears on the very top portion of the container. A smaller version of this rectangular element is placed on the upper left portion of the container top. The grey areas in the drawing indicate shading. The graphic elements and shading in the drawing show the features claimed as the elements of the mark. The dotted lines in the drawing indicate the outline of the container for the goods on which the mark is displayed, and show the placement of the mark on the container. The elements indicated in dotted lines are not claimed as elements of the mark.
