On information and belief, the noted concurrent user provides restaurant services in Urbana, Illinois, in connection with the University of Illinois' Hospitality Management program. Applicant is not aware of any applications filed by or registrations issued to or owned by the noted concurrent user for the noted mark. No one else except as specified in the application has the right to use the noted mark. Applicant claims exclusive rights in the noted mark throughout the entire United States, with the exception of the following Illinois counties: Champaign, Vermillion, Iroquois, Ford, McLean, Piatt and Douglas.
