Educational services, namely, providing courses of instruction at the university level, namely, post-secondary, undergraduate, graduate and professional degree levels; developing and conducting on-line and technologically mediated courses in the fields of business, management, social sciences, public administration, organizational leadership, criminology, and education; conducting on-line learning and technologically mediated courses of instruction at the post-secondary, undergraduate and graduate education levels and distribution of course material and academic information in connection therewith; educational services, namely, providing and conducting post secondary credit and non-credit classes, seminars, courses of instruction, workshops, and lectures in the fields of business, management, social sciences, public administration, organizational leadership, criminology, and education; providing career counseling; and, providing academic tutoring at the undergraduate, graduate, and post graduate level
