The mark consists of a square which has 2 swirl designed lines, dark blue in color, inside the square which are inverted over each other, with each line separating the four different shades of blue which make up the color of the square; to the left of the square is the word "HIGH" in all capital, stylized letters which are gold in color; to the right of the square is the word "TIDE", all in the color gold and all the same font size, however, the letters "T", "I" and "D" are set forth in capital, stylized letters and the letter "e" is same size font but in lower case style; the word "CAFE" is centered below the square in all capital, stylized, smaller font sized letters, gold in color.
