The mark consists of the words "InDemand Interpreting" in black lettering on a gray background. The letter "i" at the beginning of each word is an elongated lower case "i" designed to represent a stylized human being, with the dot of the "i" representing the human being's head. The stylized human beings each have have three concentric arcs arranged in ascending size, beginning with the smallest size arc closest to the corresponding head, and ending with the largest size arc placed farthest from the corresponding head, creating a symbolic representation of both speech and electronic transmission of speech. The arcs are situated on the side of the head for each of the "i"'s so as to depict each of the two stylized "i" human beings talking in the direction of the other.
