The mark consists of a red oval outlined on the right side by a thin yellow line and outlined on the left side by a thin red line, a thicker blue line, a white line of intermediate thickness and a thin yellow line. The top of the oval features the words "JUNIOR HIGH" in white letters outlined by a thin blue line. Below the words "Junior High", in larger blue letters which span the width of the oval, appears the wording "FINALS RODEO" outlined by a thin yellow line with additional outlining by a thin red line where the letters extend off of the red background of the oval on the left side of the mark. The lower right portion of the oval incorporates a design, partially within the oval and partially outside the oval consisting of a five pointed star outlined in red,yellow and blue containing a blue circle in the upper portions of the star. The blue circle features the wording "NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL RODEO ASSOCIATION" in white with two smaller white circles on either side of the word "Association" Inside of the blue circle sits a white circle with the letters "N","H","S","R","A" in red in the shape of a boot all within the white circle. The words "JUNIOR HIGH" are in yellow with a blue outline. The word division is in blue with a yellow and red outline which spans the lower two points of the star.
