Applicant seeks registration for the entire United States with the exception of the five boroughs of New York City, whick include the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Staten Island, plus an additional twenty-five (25) miles outside the city limit only within the state of New York.

1) Applicant seeks registration of the mark "TICKET BUSTERS" for legal services, in the geographic area of the entire United States with the exception of the State of Florida, the cities of Flushing, New York; New York City, New York; and Somerset New Jersey. 2) Applicant is providing legal services and licensing its mark for legal services under the mark "TICKET BUSTERS" which is used in advertising the legal services through print advertising, outdoor advertising, television and radio commercials, and Internet advertising, and other forms of advertising for services. 3) Applicant claims an exception to its exclusive use of the mark "TICKET BUSTERS" by three other third party uses of similar marks which include the terms 'ticket" and "busters" in the State of Florida, the cities of Flushing, New York; New York City, New York; and Somerset New Jersey. 4) Applicant believes the correct names and addresses of the concurrent users to be: a) "Ticket Busters", Inc., a Florida Corporation, located at 11900 Biscayne boulevard Suite 400, Miami, Florida 33181. This business holds a Florida State trademark registration, and its first date of use is claimed as June 8, 1994. b) "Ticket Busters", Inc., a New York corporation, located at 4078 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11355. No trademark application or registration has been obtained. c) Parking "Ticket Busters", located at 212 West 91st Street, New York City, NY 10024, with a second location in Somerset, New Jersey. No trademark application or registration has been obtained. Applicant declares that no one else except as specified in the application has the right to use the mark.
