The mark consists of there is a cartoon character known as the 'logoman' standing next to and leaning on the lettering 'fence' which appears above a rectangular plinth underneath said lettering; plinth displaying the wording 'brackets.com', all three elements of the mark displaced above the caption wording 'the strength in fencing' acting as the ground, 4th element of the design. The logoman has two hands, two legs, a body and a head; said head which is generally of a triangle shape and coloured in a mixture of white, cream and brown colouring; said haed with a big white toothless mouth which has a smile. The logomans eyes are white with brown centre and black pupil on top of which is a red hat. The logomans hands have white gloves shaded in grayscale colours for the 3d effect. The logomans left hand is shown clasping the top of the fence lettering on the corner of the letter 'f' to give the appearance that the logoman is leaning on the fence lettering. The logomans right hand is clenched with a 'thumbs up' sign. The logoman is wearing a reddish/brown pair of shorts/overalls with white leggings that have a rear pocket holding a screwdriver. The logomans boots are black. The 'fence' lettering is in the effect of wood in a graffiti style where parts of the lettering have triangular brackets in cream/yellow colour to give the effect that the brackets are holding the wood effect 'fence' lettering together said lettering having black knott lines to depict the wood effect. The plinth is generally block red with white lettering of the wording 'brackets.com' said plinth having a thin black drop shadow all sitting above the wording 'the strength in fencing' in black colour text.
