Above the arms is the silver "helm" which consists of the helmet of a knight, facing forward, the faceplate of which contains six columns in black. On the breastplate is the Greek letter, Ph, or "Phi" in English. Above the helm is the "crest" which consists of three ostrich plumes in silver, with plant branches extending from them in the colors black, silver and blue. Below the arms is a silver scroll outlined in black containing the years "1873" and "2000" and the Latin motto "Sic Semper Tyrannis Et Fides Super Omnia" appearing in black.
