The mark is in the color gold, dark gold, and black and consists of a 3-dimensional design of a gold circular frame with gold leaf clusters contoured around the multi-faceted rim of the circle. The gold leaf clusters encompass an arc greater than 300 degrees but less than 360 degrees. Within the circle there is a gold stylized lion standing upright on its two hind legs, with the letters "WGH" directly beneath the lion. Below the letters "WGH" and in the foreground of the circle and the gold leaf clusters, is a curved surface creating the image of a dark gold ribbon tied around the circle and the leaf clusters, and embossed on that surface are the words, "WORLD GROUP HOLDINGS". Both letter groupings, "WGH" and "World Group Holdings", are in gold and mounted in a stylized font designed to approximate actual hand-writing. The color black is used throughout the entire image to create the illusion of shadows and three-dimensionality.
