Within the white rectangle are two large Chinese characters and two to their left smaller characters, all four in hunter green. In the lower orange rectangle is the English text "Formosa YAY" in white, with the "F"' in "Formosa" and the "YAY" in capital letters. The remaining letters in this space are lower case. The color hunter green appears in the outer and innermost frames as well as the Chinese characters. White appears as the background color on the upper 3/4 of the inner plane, as the color of the English text and of the frames of middle square.
