charitable fund-raising services of the establishment, development, and operation of a hall of fame memorial exhibition and museum for recognition and enshrinement of individual contributions in the field of Democratic politics; charitable fund-raising services for financially assisting Democratic candidates in the field of politics; charitable fund-raising services for providing museum conference center facilities for entertainment activities; charitable fund-raising services for providing education services, namely, courses of instruction, conferences, workshops, seminars, and classes to train Democratic candidates in the field of politics; charitable fund-raising services for nominating individuals for induction into the hall of fame; charitable fund-raising services for providing ceremonies for induction into the hall of fame, and for recognizing long-time service and leadership in the Democratic Party on a hall of fame honor roll
