Health care services, namely, wellness programs; employee assistance program services, namely, mental health services; community assistance program services, namely, mental health services; healthcare services in the nature of managing wellness by offering wellness programs , treatment of diseases, stress management evaluation, and health risk assessment; providing health information; counseling services in the fields of health, wellness, lifestyle wellness, and psychological counseling related to behavior and personal crisis problems; providing information related to health risk assessment, and overall health; advisory and information services, namely, providing advice and information to all of the aforesaid services to tribes of indigenous peoples, non-tribal members of tribal governments, employers within tribal communities and other organizations affiliated with tribal communities; all of the aforesaid services provided in-person, telephonic, or through on-line database or Internet computer system
