The mark consists of the wording "WHOAU"; a broken, stitched line that begins on the left of a pocket and slants up in a straight line to the center of the pocket and then back down in a straight line to the right of the pocket; and a solid line that begins on the left side of a pocket as a horizontal line, then slants down in a straight line, then slants up in a straight line, then slants back down in a straight line, then slants back up in a straight line, and then ends in a horizontal line at the right of the pocket. The broken line in the mark represents the manner in which that portion of the mark is stitched into Applicant's goods and is claimed as a feature of the mark. The light gray, broken lines representing the perimeter of the pocket in the drawing are not a feature of the mark and serve only to show the position and placement of the mark. No claim is made as to the shape of the pocket.
