The mark consists of a square with the letters "mngreenstar" appearing along the base on the square with a white background, the letters "mn" are in navy blue, the letters "green" are in the color green, and the letters "star" are in the color navy blue. Above the letters appear three separate rectangular boxes each taking up an equal one-third of the space of the remaining square above the phrase. The rectangles are approximately three times as tall and as wide and are each separated by a white line which flows into the white background behind the lettering. The rectangle on the left is above the letters "mng" and contains the cut out of a house which appears in the white background appearing on the lower one third of the rectangle. The left rectangle is green (with the exception of the house which is in white). The middle rectangle is also in the color green with a cut out of a tree appearing with a white trunk and limbs and pastel green leaves designed such that the tree appears to be growing from the based of the rectangle. The middle rectangle is above the letters "reen." The rectangle on the right is in the color navy blue and appears above the letters "star." It contains a green star in the upper one third of the rectangle.
