The mark consists of On a white background, the stylized letters "NYC", in capital letters, in blue, followed by the word "trip" in stylized letters, in lowercase and in the color red. The foregoing letters sit on top of the word "Quote", in stylized letters, written larger than the above letters, in the color red, with blue outlining, where the "Q" is capitalized and the other letters are lowercase. For clarification, the aforementioned "NYCtrip", is positioned directly on top of the aforementioned "Quote", whereby "NYCtrip" occupies space directly above the "uot" in "Quote". There are also three (3) horizontal red wavy lines that begin directly to the left of the "N' in "NYCtrip" and continue left through "u" and the "Q" of Quote until the lines reach individual endpoints to the left of the "Q" in "Quote".
