"The mark consists of the words "SPRITE The Bright Nose Dolphin" in black lettering over a black outline of a vertically oriented dolphin body that includes a tail, flippers, a fin, an eye, an eyebrow, a blowhole, an open mouth, and a nose/snout. Black lines are located within the mouth to indicate the center of the tongue, which is pink. A black line is located on the side of the body to delineate the front and the rear of the dolphin. Six short black lines of varying lengths radiate from the nose, which is yellow. The dolphin's back is arched with the dolphin facing to the right and the tail curving to the right. The mark appears on a transparent background."
