The mark consists of eight concentric circular bands of varying widths, and a center circle. Counting from the outermost concentric band, the first, third, fifth and seventh bands are shaded, as is the center circle. The second-outermost concentric band is filled with a repeating pattern of small, side-by-side circles, which continue around the circumference of the band. The center circle contains a circular design formed by two stylized olive branches that are connected at their bottoms by a 5-point star with a small circle underneath it. A 5-point star appears on the left and right side of the circle. The circular design formed by the olive branches contains a rectangle with rounded corners in its center. The shaded letters "JW" appear in the rectangle with a shaded curved line underneath them. The widest concentric band, which is the fifth band from the outermost concentric band, contains the wording "JELD-WEN MILLWORK UNIVERSITY" in its upper half with a 5-point star on either side of such wording. The bottom portion of this band contains the wording "TRAINING MILLWORK PROFESSIONALS".
