The mark consists of a crown in the color gold, with a silver jewel in the center, above two yellow ribbons that arc right and left from the bottom of the crown and two black wavy lines also emanating from the right and left of the crown that extend to the edges of the mark into straight, vertical lines. Beneath the crown is a yellow ring encasing the stylized script letters "RD" in the color black, to the left and right of which are two lions or griffons also in the color black. To the left and right of each lion or griffon is a rope alternating in the colors red and yellow with a black outline. Beneath the rope on both sides is the phrase "OPTIMUS RD" in the color black with the "RD" in stylized script. In the middle, beneath the yellow ring is the term "OPTIMUS" in the color yellow. Beneath the phrase "OPTIMUS RD" is a purple line on the left and right sides that aligns with the bottom of the yellow "OPTIMUS". Beneath the purple line on both the left and right sides are ten fleur-de-lis in the color black beneath which are a red lines. Beneath the yellow "OPTIMUS" are five five-points stars in the color yellow, above a black banner with red shading with the phrase "PUROS DEL CIBAO" appearing in the color yellow inside the black banner, all of which is superimposed on a white background.
