The mark consists of a rectangular base with the words "One With The Market, Inc." arising in the middle of the base is a triangle with a balance beam placed exactly in the middle of the top of the triangle; on the left side of the balance beam is a silhouette of a bull in a charging stance; to the right of the balance beam is the silhouette of a bear on its hind legs in a charging or attack position; just to the left of the triangle arising out of the black base is a ribbon going upward toward the right at a 45 degree angle; the ribbon turns slightly down to the right just above the balance beam; it then continues at a 45 degree angle and rises slightly above the height of the bear silhouette as it turns into an arrow on top.
