The mark consists of the left end of the mark is the letter capital W showing an upward curved line splitting the letter W from approxamatly the 7:00 oclock position to the 2:00 oclock position. The upper portion of the split letter W is colored gold with a slight gradient gray shading starting at the top of the letter W and fading out at the curved splitting line. The bottom of the letter W is a teal color with a slight gradient of gray fading out as it travels upwards to the splitting curved line. The letters are stylized in font sizs and font style. This shared space at its left end is in close proximity to the right side of the letter W.
