The mark consists of a slightly vertically-elongated circle (oval), the color of which starts at the bottom as a purple-ish blue, then begins toward the middle of the circle to smoothly transition in color lighter and lighter until it fades completely to white toward the top of the circle. The circle is surrounded by two borders, the innermost border originating at the bottom of the circle, having the same color as the circle itself toward the bottom (aforementioned purple-ish blue), then continuing up to the top of the circle gradually dimishing in width as it ascends; this innermost border becomes so increasingly thin toward the top of the circle that it fades away completely at the position on the circle that would most approximate the time on a clock as 12:02. This innermost border never changes color or fades. The outermost border is of approximately the same thickness as the innermost, beginning at the bottom of the circle as gray in color, then transitioning to black on both sides at approximately 2/3 up the height of the circle it surrounds, then transitioning back to grey as it continues to ascend, until finally fading from gray to white at approximately 3/4 up the height of the circle. Centered inside the circle is contained the three stylized letters JSR, each of which contain a light purple-ish blue of various intensities and white. The letters are intertwined in a stylized fashion so as to overlap and connected appearance at various places. Centered atop the letters in the circle is a rooftop emblem, which is comprised of two upside-down V-shaped lines, one on top and connected to the other, in the same orientation and side-by-side (touching). The uppermost line is a darker solid purple-ish blue, while the one underneath is solid white. The two downward-pointing ends of the uppermost upside-down V protrude past (are longer than) the lowermost white one slightly. Centered just beneath the point of the lowermost V are four small squares, arranged so as to look like a window under the rooftop. The squares are dark purple-ish blue and are stacked two on two. The lettering "J. Scheer" is of a font commonly known as Trajan Pro with the "J" and "S" capitalized. This lettering is colored dark purple-ish blue with a gray shadow and is centered underneath the circle described above, and is sized such that the circle only extends to the left as far as the middle of the "c" in "J. Scheer" and to the right as far as the middle of the first "e". Most of the space between the period and the "S" is removed. Centered just beneath this is the word "Realty" of the same font but of approximately 3/4 the size of the lettering "J. Scheer" and gray in color.
