The mark consists of a dark blue and white whale on the right side jumping up out of the light blue and white water with an orange and yellow setting sun skyline on the horizon in the background and the name Bay Inn & Suites scrolled in script across the length of the image in the same dark blue as the whale. The first two words are larger and to the left of the emerging whale superimposing upon the water and the skyline and the last two words are in smaller script which starts to the left of the whale and on a lower plane than the first two words and continues under the image of the whale in the same plane as the light blue and white water.
