The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify that this mark shall be used only in association with services that conform to standards of performance established or approved by the Applicant. The services are performed by a class of persons who have successfully completed courses given by the Applicant and who have been, or may be, approved by the Applicant. The specific standards of performance, which may be amended or expanded from time to time, inlcude: (i) successful completion of the Applicant's series of on-line courses and achieving a grade of at least 80% on the corresponding exam; (ii) licensing rights to use certain techniques from the Applicant's on-line courses; (iii) there shall be no use of advertising of the mark of which the applicant disapproves; and (iv) the Applicant shall have the right to inspect the use of the certification mark to ensure that its standards are being maintained by the licensees, as standards of performance and training components that are described in the Applicant's series of courses available on the Applicant's webiste.
