The building on the right is shorter than the one on the left, and it too includes three floors demarcated by lines. Both buildings have lines demarcating their sides from two thin blocks that run the length of the mark. This block pattern continues on top of the right building, but is absent on the top of the left building. The lettering of "The Studio Homes" is to the right of the mark and is the same as the outline of the buildings. Below "The Studio Homes" are the words "Of Ellis Square" in lettering.
