The mark consists of: (a) the words "TRAVEL TICKER" in orange; (b) to the right of the words TRAVEL TICKER, the design of a stopwatch outlined in black, with a blue inner bezel, a blue time-setting stem with an orange tip and an orange ring at the end of the tip, a blue stop stem with an orange tip, an inner dial face with a black circumference, an orange dot at the center, and a white interior with the swath from 11 o'clock to 12 o'clock colored orange and black hash marks at the 3, 6, and 9 and 12 o'clock positions; and (c) underneath the words TRAVEL TICKER, the words "BY" and "HOTWIRE," and ".COM," with the word "HOTWIRE," being beneath the word ".COM", with the dot of the letter "I" forming the dot preceding "COM" and with the letter "O" in the word "HOTWIRE" presented as a fully shaded red circle with a white silhouette of a plane at its center, all other letters of "BY," "HOTWIRE," and ".COM" in black except as specifically described above.
