The mark consists of a red band encircling the perimeter of the upper portion of the cylinder, a gold band encircling the perimeter of the lower portion of the cylinder and a thin black band encircling the perimeter of the cylinder between the red upper portion and gold lower portion of the cylinder. The mark also includes the word PROJECTS written horizontally mainly on the red upper portion of the cylinder with the P partially on the red upper portion, on the black band and partially on the gold lower portion of the cylinder. The mark also includes the words CONSTRUCTION ADHESIVE written horizontally on the red upper portion beneath the word PROJECTS.
