The mark consists of a four side burgundy banner like figure with inner and outer ribbon like decorations. The inner ribbon decorations are color beige. The ribbon decorations that extends to the outside of the banner are light brown. The banner has two borderlines, the outer one is light brown, and the inner one is color beige. Inside the banner there is a beige inner frame that forms the exact shape of the banner. The beige inner ribbon like decorations extend from this beige frame towards the inside of the banner. In the upper half of the banner there appear coffee bean like figures also in color burgundy. On top of the banner appear the words "CAFÉ DE OLLA" and below them the words "LA PAZ" and below them the word "CHIAPAS", all in white stylized letters. The words "CAFÉ THE OLLA" appear between two white small ribbon like figures. Underneath the banner there is a terracotta pot with side handles and glazed top laying on a pile of coffee beans colored dark brown.
