Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the goods in the form of a muffler having a main body and two ends. The main body includes a sleeve having an outer generally hexagonal cross-sectional shape. The first end of the muffler has a hollow generally circular cylindrical projection. The second end has an angled projection having a curvilinear cross-sectional opening. The angled projection of the second end protrudes a greater distance from the top of the main body than it does from the bottom of the main body. The curvilinear cross-sectional opening of the second end is wider nearer the top of the main body and narrower near the bottom of the main body, and is generally a four-sided diamond-shape. Surrounding the main body proximate to the first end is a first band secured to the main body. Surrounding the main body proximate to the second end is a second band secured to the main body. The entire drawing comprises the mark.
