The mark comprises trade dress for the appearance and design of the interior of a restaurant, styled to emulate an oldfashioned Belgium train station. The trade dress includes the use of structural steel, in particular, rectangular/square tubing, together with glass for creating partitioning and doors. The trade dress includes the use of dark wood for creating 4-to-8 foot high partitioning in the restaurant. The trade dress includes the use of multiple traditional Belgian train clocks, side mounted high on walls or supports, in a repetitive pattern. Solid lines show positioning of the mark in connection with the restaurant and illustrate the features claimed by the applicant as its mark. The dashed lines are not part of the mark and are used to indicate position of such features.
