The mark consists of two parts: First, the title, configured as the first word "THE" written in white or black using the font Arial bold. The second word "FIT" is written in red using the font Arial bold with white stroke, (outline). This is then followed by the third word "POTATO" written using the font Arial bold and in white or lack. "THE" and "POTATO" are the same font size and "FIT" is in a larger font size, all capital letters. Under "POTATO" is the fourth line in red or black using font Arial bold "PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING", smaller in size than the "THE and POTATO". Variations of font and color are used depending on application. The second part of the logo contains an orange circle, defined in an outline of black. Inside the orange circle a male character in the shape of a potato, almost egg like or oval sphere. The face and arms are flesh exposed in a medium beige color. Facial features include a mouth smiling, a nose, two (2) eyes with eyebrows, and no hair. The male figure has no chin or neck. All features and complete character is outlined in black. The right side arm is shaped downward with muscles holding a dumbbell with squiggly lines as if in motion. The left shape arm is also muscular holding a dumbbell but upward breaking the orange circle line and stationery, no movement lines. "MR. POTATO" has the chest covered in a turquoise colored tank top exposing the muscular arms. The right side downward arm shows an armpit with illustrated folds of skin. The character is only visible to the waste line that rests on the bottom portion of the inside orange circle. Looking at the orange circle, on the outside outline, from the left bottom to top left side reads "STOP BEING" in Bradley hand ITC, black. After 'STOP BEING" is the characters left hand protruding through the circle with dumbbell. After the protruding hand with dumbbell on the outside circle outlined in black is "A COUCH POTATO!"curving over the top of the circle in Bradley hand ITC, black. The whole phrase 'STOP BEING A COUCH POTATO!" follows the curvature of the outside black outline of the circle from the bottom center to the top right hand side. Approximately 3/4 of the outline is occupied. The male character described above at times can be used inside or without the listed orange circle depending on application. The connection between "THE FIT POTATO" and male character are always used together.
