The mark consists of trade dress comprised of a repeating pattern of tiles covering the floor of a retail store in the field of pet and animal supplies. The pattern consists primarily of white tiles with red, blue and yellow speckles thereon, with a green tile, red tile, then blue tile forming a horizontal line with the white speckled tiles in between, another red tile below and to the left of the green tile in the horizontal line, another blue tile above and two tiles to the left of the green tile in the horizontal line, another blue tile above and two tiles to the left of the green tile in the horizontal line, another blue tile in between and three tiles below the green and red tiles in the horizontal line, another green tile above and in between the red and blue tiles in the horizontal line, another green tile four tiles below and in between the red and blue tiles in the horizontal line, and another red tile to the right and two tiles above the blue tile in the horizontal line.
