The Mark is defined at the exterior by a border formed by two closely spaced, concentric, horizontally configured oval lines. The exterior-most oval border line is dark and approximately twice as thick as the interior oval border line. The space between the border lines, and the background of the remainder of the interior of the Mark, is shaded. Inside the space defined by the borders, the Mark consists of an illustration of three gardening tools, each depicted as "layered," one on top of the other, such that the three tools form a single illustration. The three depicted gardening tools in the illustration are (1) a stylized watering can, (2) a stylized rake, and (3) a stylized shovel. Directly centered beneath the single illustration is a single horizontal line, approximately the same thickness is the interior border oval line, that is approximately one-half the horizontal length of the illustration. The single horizontal line is vertically equidistant from the illustration above and the text that appears below the horizontal line, described below. Directly centered below the single horizontal line is the text "GARDEN WORKS", in large seriphed font and all capital letters. The "GARDEN WORKS" text is the most prominent feature in the overall Mark, and is the feature of the Mark that extends closest to the left and right ends of the exterior oval border lines. Directly centered below the words "GARDEN WORKS" is the text "Perennial Products". This text is in seriphed font and in italics. This text is smaller than the "GARDEN WORKS" text, and clearly secondary in placement and meaning.
