The logo design consists of a series of red circles, two outer circles with very little white space between them, then a third solid circle in the center. In the white space between the second and center circles, "TOTAL HEALTH" is printed in all-capitals above the central circle; "& FITNESS" is printed in all-capitals below it. Within the central circle there is a white-space-silhouetted image of a human being (similar to DaVinci's "Man") with two sets of arms extended toward 10 and 2 o'clock and toward 9 and 3 o'clock, and two sets of legs extended toward 8 and 4 o'clock and together toward 6 o'clock.
