The mark consists of a black inverted equilateral triangle with two three-sided extensions jutting out from the down-sloping sides of the triangle a third of the way up from the triangle's apex all surrounded by a gray border and over which is superimposed a large, red block lettered "T" (in a stylized font) and the word "TRIO" in white, capitalized letters (in a stylized font) running across the broken upright of the "T" and over the bottom third of the triangle in between the two side extensions. The colors black, gray, red and white appear in the design of the mark. The color black appears as the color of the inverted triangle, including the triangle's two side extensions, and as the color of the outline around the top half of the cross bar of the large, red block lettered "T" and the outline around the base of the "T". The color gray appears as the color of the border surrounding the inverted triangle, including the triangle's two side extensions. The color red appears as the color of the large block lettered "T" superimposed over the inverted triangle. The color white appears as the color of the letters "T", "R", "I" and "0" in the word "TRIO" appearing in capitalized letters in a stylized font running across the broken upright of the "T" and over the bottom third of the triangle in between the triangle's two side extensions.
