The mark consists of the term "ENVIROMARK" with the "O" containing the image of a fish jumping out of a river and the wording "NO DUMPING DRAINS TO RIVER" in a circular fashion inside of the "O". The dot on the "I" is in the shape of a water droplet. The mark is underlined with a break in the underline underneath the "O" shaped design element. The color blue appears in the wording "ENVIROMARK", in the line underneath the mark, in the inner ring and the background of the "O" in the mark, and in the outlining of the fish in the center of the "O". The color white appears in the fish and the water appearing inside the "O", in the wording "NO DUMPING DRAINS TO RIVER" in the ring inside of the "O" and in the two stars on the right and left hand side of the "O". The mark is presented on a transparent background and no other colors are claimed.
