The Mark consists of the sequential letters...v- c- a- n- e- w...and at various times the mark has taken slightly different formats such as VCanew, or V with overlapping C anew and/or the present vCanew of the drawing and labels submitted herewith. Since June 2004 to the present, Mr. Care has traveled extensively across state lines in connection with his marine development. In July, 2006, in the State of Maine, vCanew (with a lower case v and an uppercase C) was embossed on signage and applied in that format to Mr. Carne's vehicle, which vehicle depicted in Exhibit A has been and is presently used in interstate marine development.
