The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by Applicant, certifies that the services are performed by persons meeting the certifier's standards as to content of educational training and who demonstrate professional proficiency as measured by passage of an examination. In order for a person to be certified, he or she must meet the minimum qualifications, which includes the requirements of mastering educational material and appropriate testing before being certified and authorized to use the certification mark sought to be registered herein.
