Lifetime membership (when established membership criteria have been met) to a non-stock, not-for-profit collegiate women's social/philanthropic student organization; Membership is offered to selected collegiate women, who meet established membership criteria, and is restricted to women who attend(ed) the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater; Once membership is offered, annual membership dues are paid to Alpha Sigma Sorority, Inc;, and the right to wear/use exclusively the organization's Greek letters representing the name of the organization, Alpha Sigma (in Greek, A) as a part of membership to said organization is extended; Organization is not run for profit, but is instead a social/philanthropic organization that exists to provide sisterhood, community service and educational opportunities to its members
