The mark consists of the distinctive trade dress characterizing the front of the packaging for Applicant's goods. The package is in the shape of a rectangular bag, and the design on the front of the bag consists of orange/yellow on the outside thereof with three interior rectangles, a green rectangle with two interior orange/yellow rectangles, being separated from the outside orange/yellow rectangle by a red, rectangular band. The NATURE'S LITTLE GARDEN and Design trademark is centered in the middle of the bag on the green rectangle between the two interior orange/yellow rectangles, and on the upper and lower sides of the bag in the outer orange/yellow rectangle. In the center of the bag, the green rectangle, has thereon white lettering and red, yellow and white flowers and red and orange vegetables. Within this green rectangle are two smaller orange/yellow rectangles having dotted lines to serve as guides for cross-cutting the bag.
