The mark consists of the design of an oval with ridged borderlines and the following elements within such oval design: (i) the underlined words "King's Hawaiian" (stylized with shadow lines) displayed horizontally, and the design of a crown above the letters "Ha" of the word "Hawaiian"; (ii) the words "GRILL HAWAIIAN STYLE" (stylized with shadow lines) displayed horizontally, with the, letter "G" of the word "GRILL" and the letter "E" of the word "STYLE" touching on the borderlines of the oval design; and (iii) multiple wave lines in the background. The following designated colors are a feature of the mark: (i) the outer thick borderlines of the oval design are in white; (ii) the inner thin borderlines of the oval design are in dark brown (Pantone 476); (iii) the words "King's Hawaiian" are in warm red (Pantone Warm Red); (iv) the crown design, the shadow lines of the words "King's Hawaiian" and the underline beneath the words "King's Hawaiian" are all in olive gold (Pantone 871); (v) the words "GRILL HAWAIIAN STYLE" are in blue (Pantone Process Blue); (vi) the shadow lines of the words "GRILL HAWAIIAN STYLE" are partially in white and partially in dark brown (Pantone 476); (vii) the wave lines in the background are in tan (Pantone 467); and (viii) the space in between the wave lines is in light tan (Pantone 468).
