The mark consists of A rocker on top, outlined in black with red lettering, with the name BALAIOS in block letters. Just below, to the right, is a smaller box (outlined in black) with the block letters M.C. in black. Directly underneath the top rocker is an image of a smiling skull wearing a brown hat (front rim upturned). The brown upturned rim has three white circles (smaller ones on either end of the rim and one large white circle in the top middle On the upturned hat rim(each circle has four equidistant elliptical patterns inside the circle's circumference joined in the middle by a small white circle with a white dot in the middle of the circle) and two yellow tassles on either side of the upturned hat rim. The skull has a skull cap set diagonally from left to right slightly above the eyes. The skull is highlighted in black with the neck area being gray with a blue neckerchief around the neck area, falling to the chest in the form of an open tie.
