The certification mark, as intended to be used, is intended to certify that the persons authorized by the certifier have met the certifier's standards for experience, expertise, and competency necessary to provide retirement planning advice, and have agreed to adhere to the certifier's standards for professional responsibility, continuing education and post-certification requirements, and will provide the services in accordance with the standards developed by the certifier and subject to the certifier's approval.
