The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify that the goods have been classified and inspected by the classifying agent recommended by Federation des Producteurs Acericoles du Quebec or any successor in title thereto; that goods conform with laws and regulations specifically regulating them; and that the clarity, purity, colour, density, conductivity and flavour of the goods, the presence or absence of added sugar, iodine, sodium, lead, antimold agents, processing additives, contaminants, fermentation or paraformaldehyde therein, the quality of water used in manufacturing the goods, and the packaging, labelling, manufacturing and production of the goods all conform with the standards, norms and instructions specified by Federation des Producteurs Acericoles du Quebec or any successor in title thereto.
