The mark consists of the word "SHOPTHETV" within an elliptical shaped oval with arrows along the oval's border pointing counterclockwise having two arrows along the top edge of the oval above the word and three arrows along the lower edge of the oval below the word, and the letters "TV" inside a solid circle which is mostly within the oval but extends partly outside the oval. The letters "SHOPTHE" are red; the letters "TV" are white; the oval and arrows are blue; the circle changes colors from red to yellow to green. The changing of color of the circle includes motion and such motion or movement is a feature of the mark. The colors designated in the above Description of the mark are a feature of the mark.
